Fraudulent Complaints & Legal Action Any attempt to misuse or falsely claim a certificate without proper records will be legally challenged. If anyone files a complaint without genuine proof, our institute reserves the right to take legal action for defamation. Fake allegations will not be tolerated, and legal steps will be taken against misleading claims. 5. Data & Record Maintenance Our institute maintains student records digitally for a specific period. If records are lost due to technical reasons, system upgrades, or other factors, the institute holds the final authority on certificate validation. Old records that are not available cannot be recreated or verified. 6. Media & Legal Compliance We follow all legal policies regarding certificate issuance.
